Each unit will get a 92% efficient furnace and high efficiency air conditioning system as well as water saving plumbing fixtures and a toilet with dual flushing mechanisms; one for high volume and one for low. All cabinetry is Forest Stewardship Council approved, which means that the wood comes from environmentally responsible foresters. There is also the option of recycled glass and concrete counters for both bath and kitchen.
